Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the technical aspects of our products.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Prepare price quotations and manage order processing.
- Engage with customers to identify and clarify their needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to gather feedback and provide support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Act as a company representative at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Electronics Engineer – R&D/Production
- Perform PCB assembly, testing, and calibration of electronic products.
- Possess a solid understanding of electronic components (mandatory).
- Read and interpret electronic schematics accurately.
- Identify and diagnose instrument faults.
- Conduct instrument testing and debugging activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of product failures.
- Use and understand electronic measuring instruments and tools.
Proposal Engineer/Technical Coordinator
- Gain a thorough understanding of the technical specifications of company products.
- Prepare proposals and cost quotations while coordinating closely with customers.
- Manage order processing and liaise with internal teams for execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to obtain feedback and address queries.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Track payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Embedded Software Engineer
- Design and implement embedded software and hardware solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug embedded systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop efficient code and algorithms for embedded applications.
- Execute testing and validation to confirm compliance with defined system requirements.
- Work with a variety of development tools, platforms, and hardware components.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of programming languages, hardware architecture, and communication protocols.
- Effectively identify and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
PCB Designer
- Design single-layer, double-layer, and multilayer PCBs (up to 6 layers) for process control instruments, including Safety and IoT product lines.
- Create schematic symbols and PCB footprints in accordance with IPC standards.
- Develop high-speed PCB layouts with controlled impedance requirements.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in component placement and signal routing.
- Design and manage multilayer PCB layouts effectively.
- Handle layout designs for high-speed interfaces.
- Ensure PCB designs comply with EMC and EMI standards.
- Possess foundational knowledge of circuit design, PCB stack-up, fabrication, and assembly processe
Service Engineer (Pan India)
- Provide customer support including onsite installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services.
- Demonstrate strong technical capability to understand and implement system solutions.
- Perform onsite calibration activities and handle AMC-related services.
- Conduct alarm challenge testing to ensure system reliability.
- Identify onsite faults and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Manage technical system integration and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Deliver onsite training to customers and prepare required documentation.
- Offer back-office support along with remote/online customer assistance.
- Carry out repairs and prepare customized calibration and service reports.
Tendering Engineer/Tender Executive
- Hands-on experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for bid participation and order management.
- Preparation and submission of comprehensive techno-commercial proposals and competitive quotations.
- End-to-end coordination with clients for tender clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Evaluation and negotiation of technical specifications, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
- Identification and tracking of relevant tenders through online platforms and offline sources.
- Cross-functional coordination with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow-up for payment collection and management of all required contractual and compliance documentation.
